The lack of a 10K filing is a major blow again. Haven't seen it anywhere yet. Will they be in trouble for not filing on time? I seem to remember they are still doing it voluntarily, so I would guess not. Still looks mighty bad though. Credibility is fading more than I thought it could.

I think the big move of this stock will not come from the small investors like ourselves. It will definitely come from the big guys.
However, the consolidation does involve with a lot of small retail investors who always sell at the most depressed moment. I do not know when the selling climax is over but I hope it is getting near to that point. If you look at the past five years, this stock has the five year lowest PE at around 7.6 in 1993. Using the trailing EPS $1.08 X 7.6 = $8.2, this leads me to think the end of agony is very close when it retests PE of 7.6 (the five year low).
