I believe you're right. Dreyfus does not accept BB orders online.

Try E-Trade or Waterhouse.

I use E-Trade because they handle BB stocks.
Up to 5,000 shares is only $20.00. They are
fast and confirmation comes back in a minute.
I did not realize DGIV was going up so fast.
I began looking at the stock last week and
bought today.

Dreyfus does not do BB's over the internet. You have to call and use a broker which costs $29 total. I don't like it but it does impose a little more discipline on my trading.
