Gentleman Joe: I certainly appreciate your taking the time and effort to re-listen to the Brinker show, and I must defer to your information. By the way, did you get the feeling, as I did from that segment, that Brinker was saying something between the lines about electric utilities? I can't quite put my finger on it, but it seemed as if he wanted to say more than he did. In any case, considering the positive factors such as declines in fuel costs and in interest rates and deregulation discounting, I am more in- terested than ever in hearing again from Brinker on this subject.
