I always look at a company as being in distress whenever they sell assets for cash which I also believe was their main motivation. You see, lawyers don't work for stock options and wait until you see those numbers! Not to mention that should GT lose their pending shareholder lawsuit it's going to be a small payoff for investors and a very significant payout for GT.
