Look at DSC on a 100 week chart on SI and you will see that the past week is the 2nd highest volume week in that period, with the tightest range. I believe we will see a 10% plus move in either direction by the end of next week from these levels. I hope it's to the upside.

I can confirm what Moe says. I was told the same thing by IR. Confident that MCI orders will pick up later this year.
That Bell spending will be up is not news. The key thing is the rate of growth in sales for DSC generally. Lags behind its competitors (which is why the others are hitting new highs). DSC stock has this low price not because of rumors. Anything said on this board will not influence the price. Lowering of earnings estimates (eg Lehman) and failure to deliver on technology and sales is the problem.
At the same time, if DSC continues to hold here at 17 for the next few days and NASDAQ retreats, I may buy some more.
