Let's speculate how many shares were issued for the $500,000...

Let's take the lowest closing price in March, that would be .013
So at 65% or .013 would be .00845

Dividing 500,000 by .00845 gives us just about 59.2MM shares. That's the worst case. Every additional .001 to the Bid price would reduce this by about 4.25MM shares. (So a .014/share conversion would yield about 55MM shares)

And in March we already traded more than TWICE that amount already...
