You are assuming that there is a "case" against IHIN. I believe there is not. I may be wrong but if you look at the activity of the stock on Thursday, I think that you will find the answer. Be sure to go to the site mentioned two posts back and read the IHIN response for yourself. The number of shares that traded and the price jump caused the SEC to sit up and take notice. This triggered the investigation.

JMO, but I don't believe IHIN will resume trading immediately upon the end of the SEC trading halt (11:59 P.M. EST, on March 26, 1998).
