Management's approach to all of this makes sense from a geological and mining perspective. But I, being the very impatient type, have discovered that my ideals of promotion and the company's possibly don't agree.

They seem to be taking the approach that as they work hard and are patient and companies take interest in them and their product, the potential-takeover-company will ultimately pay a fair price for the project (in the event of a buyout). I know they've worked really hard on this and will continue to do so and I appreciate that more than this post might express.

I wonder, though, if a really small, undiscovered company like this can ever really appreciate without promotion. Active promotion. I guess I don't believe promotion is innately evil, as many might. If someone is promoting an empty shell of a company to pump up its share price and dump it on the masses, I would have a moral problem with that. But WGO has a good project and a good product and people need to know about it, and the company needs to make people aware of it. How can companies sell things without advertising? It seems to me that it would be a lot like advertising. I can't count how many junk mail packets I get from newsletters and companies, probably sent out to hundreds of thousands of investors. A "sample" issue of a newsletter that focuses on one company, where the company has paid the author for his services, and the author potentially attracts subscribers until they cancel or don't renew their subscription. Who knows how many of those companies are the real deal; my guess would be one in ten. I don't know if WGO should do that, but the fact that this release came out and had NO impact whatsoever would indicate to me that this company is not very visible and needs to take some active steps to make itself more visible in the short term. And maybe that's where my own personal opinions differ.

The way I feel right now is that they are patient, I am not, and I think they need to do more to promote their company, and realize that they need to promote their company. I am not a disgruntled investor that has lost money in this company. My average cost is 0.69C. I am beginning to feel some opportunity loss, though.

I wonder if there's something WE can do. I don't want to go all over SI posting, "hey here's a great company check it out" because it bugs me when people do that. But maybe there's something more constructive...?
