I have never heard of a stock split prior to $22.00. The reason is simple nobody likes to trade in the single digits. A stock split at this point would send this stock back to penny status.

I think your buyout idea has merit, though. Alot of hungry US manufacturing companies out there.

i,m new to this forum but not new to the stock..i,ve been in for about a year now and have bought up as much as what i could afford as i could but see this as an absolute revolutionary item..i have spoken to Mike Jacobs personally on a number of occasions and have always found him to be both insightful and truthful and i think he should be commended for coming to this forum as he does and keeping everyone abreast of what is happening..it amazes me that with only roughly 3 million of a public float that almost 1/3 of them traded hands today..i know some were taking profits..and i understand that..its perfeclty normal..but i beleive in my heart of hearts that those that are selling and moving on to something else to try and make a better profit are doing themselves a grave injustice..I for one am sitting put...i think this thing is going to be explosive..and one of these days..all hell is going to break loose and you are going to see this thing go through the roof...all that is required is a little common sense..for anyone who hasnt taken the time to really get the whole story on Pyng and the Fast 1 (tm) device..i would suggest that you take the time and fill yourself in..you owe it to yourself..we that are involved at the moment like someone said in an earlier post have the opportunity to get in almost on the ground floor..i dont like to pass numbers around or deal with speculation..thats very difficult to do..but think about this..Pyng has a 17 year patent...and its a life saving device...so???..what about the costs involved?..what kind of price can you put on saving a life?..they have demonstrated that it works..and on a live willing patient who just happened to be at the top of his field at the trauma centre..does it get any better than that?..count up the number of potential hospitals and ambulances in North America alone..then factor in the US army perhaps..and maybe NATO?..and then those of you that perhaps sell it off(much to our delight aas it frees up more for us)ask yourself the question..why am i selling this thing off anywhere..there arent many places better than this where you could park your money and expect to get much more of a return than what this one is capable of offering in the next 12-18 mos..this is as good as it gets..Mike Jacobs said that the "best is yet to come"..BELEIVE IT!!!!..you aint seen nothing yet..good luck to all..
