I am posting here for the first time. Following your thread I have been convinced that KRY does have a good chance of winning and therefore have taken a long position. (I admit at times I have considered selling). The quality of this thread is outstanding. Yet when guys like Valentine post, how do they think they can be taken seriously? $2.50 is a joke until proven otherwise. What does rodriguez have to do with the final court ruling??????????? This is a guy who is part of the government which took the land away in the first place. A comment by a NOBODY cannot rationally bring the price down to this level. To all others keep up the good work. If someone wants to post information such as this I suggest they go find another thread.

"...tell me punk, do you feel lucky?..."
"...seein' as this is a 45calibre, the largest handgun in the world and would blow your head clean off...." yada yada...

Seems to me that the only question to ask ourselves is whether to trade or not to trade...kry will still be there after everyone has blinked...

Guts or stupidity?...don't be intimidated by a politician but be VERY afraid of the market. IMO this is an exercise in courage.

Good luck to all

Actually, the current INSTINET bid for KRY is $4.50 (the blatantly manipulated market close) not $2.50 as you so slanderously implied.

Do you take your lessons in information dissemination from Asensio by any chance?
