I am at a loss. All of the oils lost money today. SLHO share price had been going up while the price of crude had gone down. Until today.

Maybe the Rentech people are right. TX is signing an agreement with them, and they are the ones responsible for the dip in SLH Corp.'s share price.
Not!
I've learned from one seasoned analyst that if Rentech had such an agreement, the volume would be far greater than it has been and the price would have doubled already on the all the leaks from TX employees to their friends, etc. The agreement, so far, appears to be a lot of Barabara Streisand. And Tokyo Mex's explanation as to why they haven't yet signed an agreement(ie. due to litigation expenses incurred because of settlements from racial slurs) was laughable.

I have been trying to find any recent evidence of insider trading. So far, I haven't found any.

It's possible since share price has been languishing recently that traders have decided on other opportunities.(Right now internet firewalls are hot!). They are cashing in their chips because they don't see any immediate action or improvement in the performance of this company or the stock, and they are searching for bigger and better. Maybe my explanation is laughable. But at least it's plausible.

Who knows, SLHO may go up 5 points tomorrow. Or next week.
BTW, I appreciate the input you have brought to this thread, and I respect your professional expertise.
