Key West Securities Inc. Initiates Shopping.com with an Immediate 'SELL' Recommendation

HURST, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 11, 1998--Key West Securities, Inc. initiates Shopping.Com (OTCBB:IBUY - news) with an immediate ''SELL'' recommendation. Chief Analyst Anthony Elgindy said, ''The Company has no sales to speak of. Waldron completely dominates and controls almost every share and can basically place the price anywhere he wants. This is not a fair or real market. It is identical to a case in which the SEC sued Smith Benton & Hughes and Mike Zarnan for controlling the supply and market in Conectysis Stock.ticker CNES. He took the price from approximately $5.00 to a high of $26.00. Now it trades for a few pennies.''

Key West Securities, Inc. is a market maker and had no position in IBUY prior to initiating coverage.
