IMO the fact that the rise was on low volume probably indicates quite a few people are just holding their shares. IMO it is quite possible that we do not see much in the way of a price change until some negative news questinable 10K (does anyone care?, poor Q1 results or some random event like a lawsuit. The other reason would be a market correction. I do not recall having rad details about insider info in their SEC fillings. I think there are no specific sched 13 forms related to insider ownership.
