Hello Xy Zhao

I just looked at KLAC on my Point & Figure chart. IMO the stock just had a "bullish signal reversal" on 3-3-98.. It broke its uptrend line or it's bullish support line...this stock could hit its 52 week low soon at around 33-34ish...there is good support there...

However the entire semi sector ia in a Correction phase as we speak...I know because I've shorted a lot of techs including KLIC...The Asia problem is just now begining to appear in these numbers and will last at least 6 more months...

When the Big Cap techs report there will be serious collateral damage to vendor/suppiers of these stocks...the worse is yet to come, when earnings start in earnest in Apr...the "tech wreck" will look like a "bomb site"....

All the semis & semi-quip makers are in for a major short fall..."The Problem" in Asia is far from over...I believe AMAT-KLAC-NVLS-SVGI-UTEK-KLIC etc etc will all get killed...and most important DO NOT Bottom Fish, or average down...No Way Jose<g>..

Hey this of course is JMO....

If KLAC breaks 33-34 it will plummet...

Regards to All, Jerry

KLA has 85%-90% market share and is 10x larger than nearest competition. It may be weak in short term (3-8 months) with other chip stocks but is a fantastic stock. It will do well no matter what chip manufactures survive as they service most of them. BUY ON VALUE, OTHERWISE YOU MAY MISS BOAT.
