You are absolutely right. Current buyers are stealing from the scared sellers. I think we are still at a panic situation up to about $8, which is the level at which insiders began to buy. There a lot of stocks with zero earnings; any P/E will give a zero price for these stocks. P/E is generally meaningless; it is the expected future cash flows (including from potential consolidation in the industry). JMO.
