That's exactly what brokerages do while trying to unload their positions. They have to have buyers as they sell. Look, I'm not into conspiracy theories, but you have to understand how the game is played. House probably didn't make the calls himself, but I'm sure he approved the calls that must have been made to the companies that help underwrite BAY's endeavors. Given the price action of the last couple of weeks, the writing was on the wall, and we should have known to get out.

I think we will see good design wins in the next few months, and the next quarter should be good. The big boys will want back in, so expect the analysts to come in with their downgrades so their firms can get back in at a good price.
