I think we need another stock split. 2 for 1. Or 3 for 1.
This will make the price even cheaper for the employees to buy stock options. In the market, even penny stock pickers will move in and start buying.

I would have been interested in a buyout above 30, but not now. I have had two buyout situations in the last year, Chips and Tech and Amati. In both cases the buyout proved to be a lot better for the management team than the the investors. Both companies were bought out for 2-3 dollars above the their current (at the time) trading ranges. I would not consider an opportunity to tender my IOM shares for 9 to 10 dollars very attractive. Believe it or not I would prefer to "play it out" with IOM as an independent than see the company acquired for such a low share price.
