FTEL is Frank's baby. He is one committed person...it takes about 10 seconds to figure that out.

OT> RE: FTEL not for sale. It is amazing how quickly CEOs can change their mind, when earnings can't seem to meet expectations, goals are fleeting and companies like AT and T send their 'suits' over for some sweet talk. They just keep adding zeros at the end of their offer. Who can resist?

FTEL's strength is their lead in high quality reception. But if they don't strike as many deals as they can while the iron is hot, they will surely lose that advantage to the countless other talented companies hot on their heals.

Their stock price has lost momentum. And it is a reflection, albeit a hazy one, of the progress of the company. They need to cut some deals with some big boys NOW. There are a finite number of possible deals to cut. FTEL [and DGIV for that matter] need to grab as many as they can get their hands on.

R and D is progressing at breakneck speed for numerous internet telephony companies. And the race is far from over. By the next Internet Telephony Conference, the rest of the companies will no doubt have the same quality as FTEL. Check out the deals being made by NCTI [Noise Cancellation Technologies] with Internet Telephony companies for that very purpose.

Many of these concerns also apply to DGIV.
