I bought a Pentium II 300 MHz with 512K Cache, 129MB SDRAM,
8.4G hard drive, Dell 1200HS 19 inch Monitor, running Windows NT,
Creative Labs AWE64 Sound Card, 14/32X EIDE CD-ROM, US Robotics
33.6/56K Modem, Iomega ZIP including two zip disks for $2992 +
$100 shipping.

I was wondering: does anyone think that the short turnaround time
(6 days) could be due to slow demand, rather than efficiency in the
BTO model? (Hope not).

BTW I am long on DELL, in case that isn't obvious.

To all,

Just received the April issue of PC Computing featuring the 6th annual notebook torture test. Out of 16 notebooks tested, the Dell Latitude CP M233ST was among the 9 notebooks that survived all the tests. It was chosen among these 9 survivors as the recipient of the PC Computing Best award for being a 4-time torture test survivor.
