Keith, I know where you're coming from as I've been here since before the 1st T.V. round. But I wouldn't hesitate to give up part of a free trading position to take a private placement at a good price with warrants attached. The level of participation is actually greater, due to the discount and warrants, and risk is reduced by virtue of other resource holdings. Except for trading immediate liquidity for the 1 year hold, it's pretty hard to go wrong with this formula. Naturally, you have to do what's right for you. Dale
