Scott, You have tried now a couple of times to take advantage of the free trial period and continue to post without paying the SI membership fee which is a violation of the Terms of Use and proves beyond a shadow of a doubt that you have no integrity. Many here have questioned your professionalism, your purpose in being here, etc., but rather than try to vindicate yourself, you have now slit your own throat in continuing to disregard the SI policies on the free trial period which has incited further bickering on this thread. Clearly, the $125 fee is not the issue. It is your apparent need to cheat the system - your superior attitude - which apparently causes you to feel that you are still above the rules. These factors seemingly compel you to repeatedly attempt to sneak onto the board and then to flaunt your deed for all to revile. There is nothing cute or humorous in this behavior; it is a blatant disregard and disrespect of the Dryers and their business, and is loathsome. Like you, I also get email, but there is no joking in the following quote, and I agree 100% with the very eloquently expressed sentiment which is why I am posting it below. Since you obviously still read this board, I believe it would behoove you to consider this carefully. "When you try to make sense out of what Scott appears to have done, I believe you are giving him credit for integrity I doubt he has ever had. While it's clear Scott has qualities that have allowed him to achieve monetary success, he appears to be lacking in several qualities necessary to have what I would consider to be a successful life. It's such an irony; much of Scott's success was dependent on his innovations in the use of shareware, a system which basically hopes honesty will prevail." In another correspondence, I was discussing with one of your peers in the industry my concern that I might have been too hard on you, (believe it or not.) I pointed out that I had apologized once to you in saying that I was sorry if I had gone too far but, of course, my attempt to de-escalate the flaming somewhat went unnoticed. I wondered if you simply did not have the necessary interpersonal skills to have made a good first impression on the board - typically that is why big, powerful, company CEOs <gggg> have IR reps and/or PR people to handle most contacts with the public. I also contemplated whether all that I've heard about you being viewed as an arrogant and pompous *ss in the industry was perhaps a bit too harsh as well. I received this reply to my concerns: "Seriously, yes maybe someday if you meet Scott you may think him a warm, considerate, intelligent human being, who cares nothing for himself but rather all current and potential GTIS investors; and who gladly of gave his time for his fellow man. But somehow I think it more likely that a race of giant flounder will park their spaceships over Earth and proclaim themselves rulers of the world." ROFLMAOBT!!! Scoot, lest you think that we are all **obsessed** with you, just relax . :) We have simply wondered aloud how you could come to this thread, make such a fool of yourself, and then continue to show utter disregard for the very principles which have presumably made you wealthy - the shareware concept about which you brag on your homepage. We have collectively determined that you are simply clueless. And, on a final and serious note, the issues of trust, honesty, and integrity are of the utmost importance in life, and though you might have had success thus far in your accomplishments, in the final analysis, the disrespect of your peers and fellow man would seemingly outweigh any monetary gain, IMO. If you are one of those who has so little disregard for others that you see nothing wrong with squashing the little guy on the way up that ladder of success, then I pity you. There are many of us who enjoy success in our respective fields without biting the very hand that feeds and by showing consideration for others in the things that we do and in the manner that we deport ourselves. You will unlikely be interested in my pontification above, but as I told you from the start, I have tried to help you see that what you have done here in attempting to manipulate the stock for your own purposes at the expense of the GTIS shareholders speaks very poorly of you as a gaming executive, but more importantly, as a human being. Nonetheless, I wish you well, and hope that your conscience will one day supercede your ego. Then, you will truly be closer to being the "big" person that you now believe yourself to be.A final smooch just for you!! xoxoxoxoxoxox, V. Apologees Software, UnLTD. www.3dDelusions.com
