Please note that Crystallex has FULLY documented the challenge to its Santa Elena, Carabobo and San Miguel ownership rights. This can easily be seen in the footnotes ( note 6 ) to the 1996 Annual Report available on any interested party. Should KRY fail to secure these rights, I see NO impact on the share price and I believe NO amount has been factored into the share price for these exploration properties. Similarly, should the Company prevail there should be minimal immediate impacts. This is again OLD (July 1995) news, taken out of context by people with their own (negative) agendas.
