NEWS RELEASE

There is a lengthy article in todays London Telegraph about British Telecom and its expansion into the video conferencing and internet market. The artcile suggests that BT is in late stage discussions with "certain American companies" which will complement its telephone exchange system to allow for these further developments to be enahnced. The article suggests that BT is seeking "hardware and software for its telephone networking which utilises digital networking." Of even greater significance is the very specific mention in the article about "Fibre Loop Access System" as being a product manufactured in America that would enhance BT systems and compliment the English exchange mechanisms.

For the record: FLX-1100 and 2500 are Fibre Loop Access Systems as manufactired by BBTK!!!

My guess is this is the major European deal that everyone is talking about and the cause of the sudden heavy volume on Friday as well as sustained strength at these levels. Frankly if a deal like that happens it is extremely substantial and meaningful for this company. I am going to be buying in more even at this level.
