Dear Lerxst, My apologies. I confused your responce with that of Victor's.(re:silliness) But if you look at my post of 4620 you'll see that recent surveys which asked the companies themselves whether they disclosed information to favorite analysts and institutional investors first, the answer was more than 50% affirmative. As far as fears of legal action just try to prove such allegations in the closed world of Wall Street. I agree with you that House did not himself disclose this information. But having watched stocks take sudden price rises or declines on heavy volume prior to release of confirming news I just don't believe in coincidences anymore. Again sorry for attributing a quote to you that you did not make. Because I am so heavily underwater with Bay I held my breath and bought 500 more shares this morning. I'm going to need a snorkel if I'm wrong on this one. In your opinion or anyone else who wishes to reply will 3rd quarter numbers of ten cents cause the stock to take another shock. BTW, how does that analyst get to ten cents with Bay saying a 10% decline in revenues? P.S. Victor: I respect your opinion as well and my responce to silliness comment was just my strongly held belief that this sort of favoritism by companies goes on all the time.
