Andy Grove, Intel CEO.

The context of this philosophy is that one must be
constantly re-evaluating the fundamentals of one's
business, looking for the signs of fundamental change.
Taking the correct course of action when such a change
occurs ultimately determines one's success or failure.

Bob has always been thankful for the existence of a
significant Bear:(Bull+Bear) ratio throughout this
incredible Bull market. It is interesting to note
that Bob has not been been one of the Bears at any time
during the runup. And unlike Andy Grove, he has been
able to continue on the same path throughout the decade.

To have acted on any Paranoia (i.e. sell) during this
Bull Market would have resulted in an INCREDIBLE loss
of equity. Assuming that Bob is, and always has been,
Paranoid, the true test of his talent in the context of
Andy Grove's philosophy, will be what Bob does when such
a fundamental change in the market actually occurs.
