Another Lawsuit Just came across this in a newsgroup. (Cross-Posted to: comp.sys.ibm.pc.hardware.misc; comp.sys.ibm.pc.hardware.storage; comp.sys.mac.system; alt.iomega.zip.jazz; alt.sys.pc-clone.gateway2000) ADVERTISEMENT In recent months, this newsgroup has discussed the ,Click of Death% problem associated with Iomega Zip drives. Our law firm is investigating an action to recover damages for consumers who purchased a defective Zip drive. If you have a Zip drive with the ,Click of Death% and are interested in becoming part of this consumer class action, please send email to consumer@onramp.net.
