I kicked that around long and hard before making the plunge. And I asked myself, why would this company even consider increasing their shares when the stock's having a bad time staying between a buck or 2? Somebody, somewhere, knows something. I loaded up, and I don't expect to be disappointed. VIPER-------< P.S. I like to be into these stocks early.
