Del, if it wasn't for all that 144 stuff, this stock would be a $4-6 stock IMO. Those insiders are penny wise, pound foolish. They sure demonstrate a lack of confidence for the future.

Del,
A lot of those buggers, but think you're right that they are mostly or entirely aquisition-related. A search for 144 in the 10-K shows
"Pursuant to the Hansen's Merger Agreement, the Hansen's Merger Shares were not registered with the Commission and constitute restricted stock under Rule 144 of the Commission. However, the Company and each of the recipients of the Hansen's Merger Shares (the "Hansen's Selling Stockholders") have entered into a Registration Rights Agreement dated November 27, 1996, which gives the Hansen's Selling Stockholders the right to demand registration of a portion of the Hansen's Merger Shares under certain circumstances."
And the same for Clear Springs and Ultimate.

Bob

Del,

I don't have the numbers handy - but I expected a lot of acquisition related selling so it hasn't concerned me - but current volume and support indicates that we may be drying it out. I am thinking about buying some more. They seem to be on the right track now. If they double again this year we will really have something.

What can you tell me about the options that were issued during the acquisitions?

Thanks

Dave
