While insider selling is never good per se, I am not in a panic over these sales. They are by the 3 senior managers of Deswell, who are selling a total of 100,000 shares, leaving them with a little over 2 million. Now, if they filed to sell 1 million shares, like some other CEOs I know, then I might start getting nervous. ;-)
