Yes, I would agree. The Koreans became too highly leveraged
with the banks to support a "what if..." world economy that
did finally befall them. It is the same lesson that investors
and traders must learn if they are on full margin all the time.
Dare say the IMF will not bail them out, however. I may be a
little biased. I was in MU years ago, just before the Koreans
were nailed for "dumping" RAM.

I'm happy to see the Koreans get into the world's economic
fray in a big way -- competition is good for all ..... but FAIR
competition, wouldn't you agree?
