Frank: I believe the problem is systemic and not Company specific. There is excess share capital and resources in this Industry vis a vis the Sales growth. Many of the Companies CS, NN and Bay are unable to make 20c/Q consistently. The Industry needs consolidation and elimination of a couple of players. Till that happens, we will continue to see low earnings and price oscillations without any meaningful gain to those who buy to hold.
