Date: Tue, Mar 17, 1998 18:46 EST From: <A HREF="aol://3548:AdvestMan">AdvestMan</A> Message-id: <1998031723460800.SAA28534@ladder03.news.aol.com> Call up Paul Ebeling and ask what state NAMX was incorporated in.Then call up secretary of state for the state of incorporation and ask them to mail you NAMX's certificate of incorporation(this is public information and costs a minimal amount,you can do it on your credit card and takes about three days).Then see who the incorporators are and the registered agent,their addresses ,etc..also this should give you information about the original shares authorized and outstanding.
