The stock is probably rising in anticipation of the quarterly earnings report due out later this month. As I write, we are up +3/8 (+10.34%) on more than double average daily volume. 60% of the shares are held by insiders. Maybe they are the ones cautiously accumulating more shares. It seems pretty clear to me that this company has little regard for us non-insiders. When last Fall I called the company and expressed my intention to attend the annual stockholders meeting, I was told that there would be no demonstration of the product, no news, no significant discussion--just the proforma election of directors, etc. Needless to say, I didn't bother attending.

I sent e-mail to the company asking when the quarterly report would be issued. Charles Issacs (cisaacs@thinkingtools.com) responded:

"The next quarterly report is due on March 31."

Charles sent his reply within about 15 minutes after I shot off my query, so maybe the company is going to start being more responsive to non-insider stockholders. We'll see.
