Robert: In the absence of substantial news, I can only assume that BNT is still on track to acquire the "certain gastrointestinal" drugs from the big German firm mentioned in the press release a few months ago (I believe the firm is Schwarz Pharmaceuticals). Buying the rights to drugs whose patents are about to expire appears to be the exact model Medicis used to propel its stock into multi-digit returns. However, It's been about four months since I've heard any substantial news about the progress BNT is making toward getting the rights, and I'm starting to wonder if the deal has hit a snag. The stock has HUGE potential if the deal gets done, but the deal MUST get done in order for anything to happen. You seem to know a lot about the company. Have you heard anything about the deal? Do you care to speculate if the deal is still on? Kirk
