However Lawrence, Vancouver itself is one of the most beautiful cities on the continent and one of the places I would love to live if there were employment opportunities in my business. Maybe I'll wait for retirement.

Those reasons are just the icing on the cake as far as moving the company's headquarters. I think with the focus of the company's operations, the ASC/ASE issue, concentration of shareholders in the US etc., it makes sense from the business point of view. JLA
