Daniel, See there press release from 2/17/98: "In addition, the Company is currently reviewing the carrying value of its goodwill and certain call center assets and believes it will reduce these values by taking a charge in its fourth quarter 1997 results of operations." I've heard from sources, but have not confirmed, that this goodwill value may be as high as $8 per share. This will most likely be revised downward significantly.
