I disagree with you. They predicted a sales level and lower earnings. Did a conference call develop how much lower? They did not foresee this problem much more recently than 3 quarters ago. I give little
credence to a forecast of recovery in the third quarter from now in this business. Lastly, forget comparisons with a year ago. It is sequential quarter performance (absent seasonality) that drives P/E's and stock prices, in my opinion. When the sequential performance flattens out on a high P/E stock watch the exits like a hawk! (Whenever I have failed to do that it has cost me very dearly.)

I never said it was the same thing. Just the same _mentality_ buy more on the dip...get killed.
