mister pink, pardon my intrusion but I wuz wondering since the in the investor package on actrade, they um, kind of mention that Trade Acceptance Drafts are extensively used in Europe, and that Actrade has imported the concept from Europe, why no reference is made in the patent of prior art? I don't get it. Oh wait, could it be that if the European reference had been made in the patent application, the patent would not have been granted, since that would demonstrate that the technique was not novel? How come Individual Investor Magazine didn't tell me this? I want my subscription money back. Hey, wutz goin' on?
