Hi Jackson: A few days ago you were hoping everybody would sell so you could buy more at a lower price. You knew then that there were big sellers around for the last two weeks. OK you also thought that BAY would meet consensus or just miss. But why the big swing in opinion? Anyway, good luck, there is a universe of stocks out there, some of them may appreciate more than BAY over the next 6-9 months, then again they may not.

Victor.

Jackson,

As an investor, it is always prudent to analyze all available information regarding a companies performance. However, I would ask that you more thoroughly consider what, if anything, Severino selling shares might imply. Sev is only on the Board of Directors. Within my limited knowledge, I don't think he's involved with any day-to-day operations of the company. Can't say as I've seen him around the Billerica campus in quite some time.

Consider as well that Sev is involved with a lot of different things 'round MA, including the Mass Hi-Tech Council and some other boards.

Can't say as I would criticize you for deciding to invest your money elsewhere, but I personally wouldn't place much emphasis on Sev selling in my decision.

Regards,

Lerxst
