Trading at 12 1/8 with an $18 deal on the table with big guns forcing a deal. Business is bad though and if there is no deal 30% downside. Mr. pink is BIG in this one. MR. pink Look Mr Pink called a 30% downside...... I believe Mr Pinks favorite stock is ACRT only on the short side. Scott
