I'm holding long-term, and selling a covered call every month for the time being, waiting for the DD makers to recover and to see if INVX can "rev up" its Litchfield chip division too....

I hear ya. This may be a good company but the stock sure is sucking.

POINTS OF INTEREST

NEW YORK, Mar. 18 (Standard & Poor's) - BT Alex Brown believes SCI Systems (SCI36 13/16 DOWN 3) is down in sympathy with Jabil Circuit (JBIL 34 9/16 DOWN 4 7/8) and Solectron Corp (SLR438 7/8 UP 1/16). Analyst James Savage told Standard & Poor's that over the last two days JBIL has been guiding its earnings for the next two quarters downward and SLR has also guided estimates down. He believes shares of SCI are down in sympathy with these negative developments, as well as general concerns over the PC business. He sees third quarter earnings of $0.50 per share versus $0.39 in the prior year. Savage believes there will be substantial sequential growth in the fourth quarter. He sees fourth quarter earnings of $0.58 per share versus $0.47 in the prior years. He also believes his estimates are high on Street, noting a $0.55 per share fourth quarter consensus. In addition, he sees fiscal 1998 earnings of $2.15 per share and fiscal 1999 earnings of $2.75 per share. He also has a 12 month price target of $66 and rates the stock a buy.
