B, You may use as many sheets of Schedule D-1 "Continuation Sheet for Schedule D" as you require. On each Sch D-1 you can fit a couple dozen short-term trades plus another couple dozen long-term trades.

For example 100 short-term trades would require 4 of 5 schedule D-1 sheets.

You use a sch D-1 (as many pages as you need) If you have over 97 entrys on the D and D-1 you CANNOT file electronically
