Thean Gas dropped 1 cent. Oh, boy.....No competition and our officials are all on the take so no relief in sight. Property down 30-50% since summer 1990. Some prices(upscale gated stuff) down as much as 60+%! A Japanese investor just sold a subdivision for $1 mil. that he bought in the 1984 recession for $4 mil. and had added $2 mil.+ in value(water, etc.). That's about 15 cents on the $...not counting time value of his $. Bearish articles on oil in Yahoo today. London says oil could go to $7 if OPEC doesn't step up. Venezuela says its cutting gov't jobs to make up for $2 Bil. loss in oil revenues. Also says it will raise exports to 6 mil/bbl per day by yr. 2000! PK
