Further thoughts on my comments from message # 1390 regarding the $3 million Reg. D investment. The financing structure to which I made reference may explain why the stock price has frequently been stalled following good, but not spectacular news. There has been a lot of this stock floating out there over the past four years since the IPO.

Nevertheless, an announcement from IBM and/or other OEMs would be the kind of concrete success story that should lift the stock to another level - hopefully beyond $5. Then it could gradually climb as more analysts take notice and production ramps up for year-end '98. In the Reg. D financing to which I alluded, the dilution would diminish as the stock price rises but there is a 90 day time horizon in which this needs to occur.
