Jeff, thanks for your advice.

The stocks that I mentions are part of my holdings, I constantly trade stocks, taking profits & losses.

I agree with your strategy, I just think that we still need some core holdings. I hope that the stocks go up gradually, meet my goal quarter by quarter. Don't give me surprises like VVUS have been troubling me. I would be glad holding them for a long term investment. Picked some penny stocks because that I can somewhat limit my losses.
