David, never say die! In Missouri, if you don't drive, you can still get an ID card that resembles a drivers license. You are right, a lot of people don't drive. However, most of those people have to cash checks and carry on business which requires identification. Also, if you can, explain this F3 thing. Is this the same thing as the forenzza initiative? If you have a link to refer to, it would be appreciated! P.S. By the way David, I enjoy the Ping-Pong. Haven't had this much fun since the debate team!
