If the promise you mean is she would be like God I guess he knew that she would have the knowledge of good and evil and God did say they have become like us knowing good and evil and then shut them out of the garden before they ate from the tree of life and lived forever. But the devil didn't deliver that, he just knew that would happen.

No creation is not evil at all. Never has been. It groans for release from the curse that was put on it by God as a result of Adam's disobedience. There is a verse or two about that but no time now to find them.

The next riddle about cars in the bible I think is in the book of Daniel but I haven't had time to hunt it down.
