Been lurking in the back watching and listening . Very low volume right now it looks to me as though its about ready to move up does anyone else feel this way.

**ALL** Phil, I just spoke with Keith (Jack was out of the office). He said he doesn't know the exact number of shares outstanding, I asked him for a ballpark figure, his guess was "slightly over 100M".

Overall, they are happy with the progress, and are planning to issue a press release within next 10 days (14 days tops).
