Latest news release: JV with Real Time Measurements (RTH on ASE) JV with Real Time Measurements Interprovincial Satellite Services Ltd ISS Shares issued 11,907,879 May 27 close $5.00 Thu 28 May 98 News Release Mr. Gary Gray of RTM Holdings reports Real Time Measurements has entered into a joint venture agreement between Real Time, 783527 Alberta and Interprovincial Satellite Services to pursue the further development and commercialization of automated downhole measurement technology in the form of a robotic downhole tool called the Smart Dart. The Smart Dart will have the ability to take measurements inside a well, and move within a well, without any means of mechanical support from the surface. It will be interfaced to INTERSAT communication technology to enable control of the tool from and provision of readings to the office of service companies and well owners/operators.
