Yeah Tommy I hear you, when I spoke to Pam two weeks ago they were going to mail them on the day after the day of record which if memory serves me is the fourth, so mail on the fifth. I assume now that what she meant was that they would instruct whoever does their mailing to get started. Having downloaded the SEDAR document I can see how it is quite an undertaking to print, collate, label and mail 5 to 10 thousand copies. Still that is what they are paid for.

I don't remember who STF uses for their mailings, a lot of companies use an outfit in Mississauga, which is like two postal sorting station from me. No circular today.

Time is running short for the rights and the company's opportunity for further financing.

On the bright side when people finally do get the info package things should start to happen.

Later

Keith

Hi Tommy,

Personally,I have not received a letter from STF/BEA one of my friends who holds STF has.I suppose it depends with which brokerage house your dealing with.At any rate I know for a fact that most brokerage houses are very cognizant of what is going on with regards to the rights. For example a friend of mine at Cannaccord is quite skeptical on BEA/STF.The reasons being BEA/STF previous track record as well as the tight hole status scenerio.

With regards to the rights themselves with the official information gathered thus far one would be better off playing the lottery.Unless some concrete information comes up within the next few days only someone with big balls or more money than brains will exercise their warrants.I do hope however McLeod proves me wrong!

regards
joe sax
